Day 1 – Your journey begins today as you board the motorcoach for the Bloomington, Illinois area. After a comfort stop and lunch, on your own, you will check into the Baymont Inn & Suites for your 2 night stay. Later this evening you will enjoy a buffet dinner and a madcap comedy at the Conklin’s Barn II Dinner Theatre. Girls, guns and gangsters provide the action in the production of “SHADY BUSINESS”. Laughter and great food will make for a fun night before returning to your hotel. (D)

Day 2 – After breakfast you will board the motorcoach to tour the David Davis Mansion. The impeccably restored mansion contains a remarkable collection that illustrates the life of a prosperous Victorian Family. Lunch will be in tour. After lunch you will arrive at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts. Now in its 86th season, The American Passion Play, which highlights the last three years of Christ’s life, features 250 actors, singers, live animals and a choir with 50 backdrops and scenery changes. Put on by an amateur cast, it’s a state-of-the-art production that is a labor of love for all the participants. After the play you will stop at the Eastland Mall where you can shop and have dinner on your own. (B, L)

Day 3 – You will check out of the hotel after enjoying breakfast. Before you start for home the “Spirits of Bloomington” will board the motorcoach, in costume, for an intriguing tour of historic Bloomington. You will be guided through the city to view and learn about “spirits” of days gone by! After your tour, you will say good-bye to Bloomington, the Passion Play and the “Spirits” and enjoy a relaxing drive home. Rest stops will be made along the way and a stop for lunch on your own. (B)
