Day 1 – Depart from your hometown and travel to your overnight in the Rochester area stop where dinner and lodging have been arranged for you this evening. (D)

Day 2 – Following breakfast, check out and head for the Thousand Islands, stopping for rest and lunch on your own along the way. Check into your room at the Best Western Country Squire Resort, followed by a delicious dinner in one of the banquet rooms. (B, D)

Day 3 – After a delectable breakfast, board your coach with your escort and depart for a morning cruise of the beautiful “emerald Islands” which will include a stop at Boldt Castle. After the cruise, have lunch on your own in downtown Kingston before an afternoon tour of Kingston – the oldest city in the Province and once intended to be Canada’s Capital. Kingston’s rich history includes a tour of Bellevue House, home of Canada’s first prime minister. Return to the Inn for dinner, followed by a visit to the 1000 Islands Charity Casino. (B, D)

Day 4 – Enjoy breakfast then depart for Ottawa – the capital of Canada – for a guided tour of this beautiful city. View the Parliament Building, Rideau Hall and the Centennial Flame flickering near the Peace Tower. Walk through the busy Byward Market where craftsmen display their handiwork and farmers gather to sell their fresh produce. Lunch is on your own at the market. Drive by the Museum of Civilization and tour the Rideau Falls area. Return to the resort to unwind while enjoying dinner at the resort, then depart for the Thousand Islands Playhouse (nestled on the banks of the St. Lawrence River) to see a live theatrical production. Day 5 – Enjoy a last breakfast at your resort before checking out. Depart for your overnight stop, again in the Rochester area, where dinner and lodging await your arrival. (B, D)

Day 6 – Following breakfast, check out and prepare for your departure home…..taking with you fond memories of your stay in the Island Region. (B)
