Walk Down Memory Lane          Tuesday, March 20                   Cincinnati & Dayton Departures      $95
Spend a nostalgic afternoon in Cincinnati with JOY!  Your first stop is the American Sign Museum, the premier institution for preserving historic signs and promoting the contributions the sign industry makes to commerce, culture and the American landscape. Tour 20,000 square feet of more than a century of American signage.  From early, pre-electric signs adorned in goldleaf, to the earliest electric signs, to beautiful art-deco neon, to the modern plastic-faced sign, the museum covers it all.  A knowledgeable guide will regale you with the stories behind the signs, and answer any and all questions.  Lunch is included at the historic Greyhound Tavern.  Then, head to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. Driven by a mission to celebrate greatness, preserve history and provide inspiration, the Reds Hall of Fame is the place where the story of Reds baseball comes alive each day!


Keeneland                         Wednesday, April 18                   Cincinnati & Dayton Departures     $99
You will depart from the Dayton and Cincinnati area and be transported to beautiful Keeneland.  The first stop will be the Marriott Griffin Gate for a deli buffet lunch, which consists of sandwich, soup, salads, bread pudding and beverage.  After lunch, you will be seated in the Grand Stand for your afternoon at the races.  Here you will enjoy betting on your favorite horse. Hopefully you will win a bundle!


Snooty Fox – Spring Shopping Tour        Wednesday, April 25          Cincinnati & Dayton Departures    $49
Come along with JOY on a Snooty Fox shopping experience!  We will be visiting your favorite Snooty Fox locations, including stores with the Furniture Den, so get all your friends together for a day of serious shopping.  There will be time for lunch on your own and you will receive refreshments at each stop.  Don’t miss out on this fabulous day of retail therapy! PLEASE NOTE: The Snooty Fox only accepts major credit cards and cash.  They do not accept personal checks.


Bourbon Trail – Pt. 2             Wednesday, May 9                        Cincinnati & Dayton Departures     $119
Continue your Journey along the Bourbon Trail with JOY!  We will depart in the morning and head south to Louisville, KY.  Our first stop will be at the Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse for a tasting and some shopping.  Your flight of four samples will include the rare Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse Select, two of our favorites, and you can pick one of your choice from anything on our tasting bar.  You'll even take home a unique Jim Beam shot glass to commemorate your visit.  Then enjoy lunch at the truly unique Troll Pub: Under the Bridge.  Not everything is as it seems in this restaurant… Can you find the hidden room?  After lunch, head to the Evan Williams Distillery, located on Louisville's historic "Whiskey Row", for a guided tour and tasting.  You'll step back in time to 1783 and experience life and distilling as it was in the early days of the Republic.  After your tour, take a seat in the saloon for a taste of the Evan Williams premium selection.  This will be a full day so bring lots of energy, good cheer, and your taste buds!  A valid PHOTO ID required.


Dine Around in Richmond, IN          Wednesday, May 23             Cincinnati & Dayton Departures     $97
Discover the culinary delights of Richmond, IN with JOY!  Your first stop will be on the Old National road at the Richmond Welcome Center for a special greeting and a gift.  Enjoy a coffee and donut reception upon arrival.  Then, it’s on to the Old Richmond Inn for lunch.  Built in 1892 as a private residence and opened as an Inn in 1984, the building is filled with history.  Check out the custom designed stained glass fixtures located throughout the restaurant which are the work of craftsmen from Richmond and Cincinnati.  Here you have your choice of 3 amazing entrées.  After lunch, you are off to Little Sheba’s, a local favorite, for dessert.  You will have some free time to explore the Historic Depot District.  There’s still more...take home a little sweet treat from Olympian Candies, specializing in Hand-Dipped, Home-made, Small batch, 100% pure chocolate candies and other confections. Family owned and operated since 1909.  You’ll return home with a full belly!
KY Governor’s Mansion & Capitol Gardens      Thursday, June 21       Cincinnati & Dayton Departures     $99
Visit the Kentucky’s capitol in Frankfort!  You will tour the Governor’s Mansion, housing 25 of Kentucky’s leaders since 1914.  This 25-room mansion is constructed of solid brick, faced with Bowling Green limestone and  modeled after Queen Marie Antoinette’s villa in Versailles.  It houses many priceless artifacts, furniture and art donated and/or purchased by previous administrations.  Next, stroll across the street to tour the Capitol Building.  Built in 1910, to replace the earlier 1830 capitol, it is the fourth permanent building since statehood in 1792.  You will have time to explore the  Capitol grounds on your own.  Be sure to check out the Rose Garden and the Floral Clock.  Lunch is included this afternoon and the very popular Holy Hill Inn in Midway, KY.

Celebrate a country music icon at Der Dutchman in Plain City, OH.  Sadly, just as Patsy’s singles were climbing the Billboard charts, in 1963, at 30 yrs. old, Patsy lost her life in a tragic plane crash.  Despite her short career (only 3 years), Patsy remains one of the top-selling female country recording artists of all time.  Though her career was cut short, her influence in country music is still felt today.  Kathleen Bressler delights audiences across the country be keeping the memory of the late singer alive, performing memorable songs such as: Crazy, Walkin’ After Midnight, I Fall to Pieces and many others.  Her onstage performance captures the styling, mannerisms and persona of one of the greatest singers of all time.  Kathleen’s spirited, heartfelt tribute with SPOT-ON VOCALS will take your breath away.  Enjoy a full family-style Ohio Amish luncheon at Der Dutchman Restaurant prior to the show.  After the show, there will be time for you to shop at the Amish Country Store located next door.


Wine, Worship & Sacrifice            Wednesday, July 18            Cincinnati & Dayton Departures     $89
Head to Oldenburg, IN, the “City of Spires”, to meet the Sisters of St. Francis and tour their church dating back to 1827.   After the tour, led by Sister Kathleen, you will board the Motor Coach to depart for the Ertel Cellars Winery in Gulford, IN.   You will have lunch in the dining room or on the deck (weather permitting) overlooking the tranquil rolling hills surrounding the winery.  If in the dining room, you can watch the wine-making process right through the windows.  Following lunch, there will be a guided tour of the Wine Cellar and a tasting.  Experience the award-winning wines that are handcrafted from the Vines to the Wines.  For a tasting, choose from more than 15 options from fruity to Chardonnay to Vignoles to Chambourcin.  Don’t forget to take your favorites home with you!

Today you will board the Motor Coach and head south to Newport, KY.  Step back in time as you board the Belle of Cincinnati at Newport Landing for a 2 hr. National Museum of the
United States Air Force           Tuesday, September 18            Cincinnati & Dayton Departures    $65
Travel with JOY to the National Museum of the United States Air Force located in Dayton, OH.   The museum is the world’s largest and oldest military aviation museum featuring more than 360 aerospace vehicles and missiles on display amid more than 17 acres of indoor exhibit space. Each year more than one million visitors come to the museum to learn about the mission, history and evolving capabilities of America's Air Force.  The museum's collection contains many rare aircraft of historical or technological importance, and various memorabilia and artifacts from the history and development of aviation. Among them is one of four surviving Convair B-36 Peacemakers, the only surviving North American XB-70 Valkyrie and Bockscar (the Boeing B-29 Superfortress that dropped the Fat Man atomic bomb on Nagasaki during the last days of World War II).  In the Presidential Gallery, you can see planes used by Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, JFK, Johnson and Nixon.  You’ll be on your own to join any one or more of the guided tours departing throughout the morning and afternoon or you can take advantage of the Audio Self-Guided tour.  Lunch will be included at the Café at the museum.
Noah’s ARK Encounter           Thursday, October 4               Cincinnati & Dayton Departures     $105
Come along with JOY to view Kentucky’s newest theme park.  The ARK Encounter is a historically themed attraction, which features a full-size Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions given in the Bible. Spanning 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high, this modern engineering marvel amazes visitors young and old. In an entertaining, educational and immersive way, it presents a number of scriptural events centered on a full size, all wood ark, which is the largest timber framed structure in the U.S.  Created to be family oriented, historically authentic, and environmentally friendly, the Ark features three different levels:  Level I before the flood; Level II during the flood; Level III after the flood.  From the moment you turn the corner and the towering Ark comes into view, to the friendly animals in the zoo, to the jaw-dropping exhibits inside the Ark, you’ll experience the pages of the Bible like never before!  Lunch will be included at the Park.
Fall Train to Metamora, IN          Friday, October 19              Cincinnati & Dayton Departures    $99
Depart this morning for the Whitewater Valley Railroad station in Connersville, IN.  Here you will board the Fall Foliage Flyer for a 1.5 hr. scenic ride down to historic Metamora, IN.  Upon arrival, head into town for a Fudge making demonstration before heading out on your own to explore the town, shop and have lunch at any one of the many restaurants.  Check out the Grist Mill, become a prospector panning for over 60 semi-precious gems and fossils at the Gem Mine, take a carriage ride through town and/or experience the horse drawn canal boat ride.  After your afternoon exploration, depart for home having enjoyed the Fall Foliage of Indiana and the history of Metamora (possibly with a pocket full of gems)!
White Christmas               Thursday, November 1             Cincinnati & Dayton Departures    $99
Returning to the stage this holiday season is one of the most popular shows of all time, the classic musical White Christmas!  Inspired by the holiday film classic starring Bing Crosby,    Danny Kaye and Rosemary Clooney.  If you loved the movie, you’ll love the play!  Two veterans have a successful song-and-dance act after World War II.  With romance in mind, they follow a duo of beautiful singing “Sisters” en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont Lodge, where surprises and yuletide cheer await.  Cue the “Snow”!  Enjoy a buffet luncheon prior to the show.
Legendary Lights of Clifton Mill       Wednesday, December 5        Cincinnati & Dayton Departures   $79
Come along with JOY as we get in the holiday spirit at Clifton Mill!   The Legendary Lights of Clifton Mill is made up of 3.5 million lights and now includes a special light show set to music at the Covered Bridge.  Don’t miss the outdoor miniature village, which includes many of Clifton’s historic buildings, a light parade going down Main St., 2 trains going around the village, plus so much more.  Looking for a break from the cold, step into the Santa Clause Museum, housing the private collection of the Satariano family.  There are over 3000 examples of Santa Claus on display from as far back as 1850, which took nearly 40 years to amass.  You’ll enjoy an early dinner prior to Clifton Mills at the nearby Golden Jersey Inn, a family owned and operated farm serving country-style, home-cooked meals with farm fresh ingredients.
