Important Reservation Information
Travel Consultants, LLC dba JOY TOUR & TRAVEL reserves the right to change or eliminate pick-up locations when necessary and cancel any tour if there are not enough reservations. Availability is first come, first served. We reserve the right to deny passage based on our discretion.
Price, itinerary and date(s) subject to change.
A trip confirmation/documents will be mailed to you approximately two weeks prior to departure date. It will contain pick-up time and location (where applicable) and a final itinerary.
Travel Consultants, LLC dba JOY TOUR & TRAVEL, a tour operator and travel agency, disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage and/or any loss of services which may be sustained on account of, or arising out of, by reason of or while engaged on any tour whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, inn, common carrier, or otherwise and whether caused by failure or delay or by any transportation company due to any cause whatsoever occurring during a tour under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to these terms and conditions and to any and all terms and conditions of public carriers for whom Travel Consultants, LLC dba JOY TOUR & TRAVEL acts solely as agent. Travel Consultants,
LLC dba JOY TOUR & TRAVEL reserves the right at its discretion to alter or omit any part of the itinerary or change any space, reservations,feature and/or means of conveyance, without notice. The transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies and the purchaser and/or passengers of these tours. All rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any tour and refund full amount to the passenger.
Motor Coach Cancellation Policy
Certain components of this tour may be non-refundable upon booking. Deposits are refundable for any cancellation received 60 days prior to departure. 59-45 days prior to departure: a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of total price or deposit (whichever is greater) will be charged. 44-31 days prior: 50%. 30 days and under 100%. Cancellation insurance is available, highly recommended and non-refundable.
